1. Bookings & Reservations

• All reservations must be made through our official channels: our website, direct phone calls, emails, or in-person visits.

• We do not partner with third-party booking platforms.

• Full payment is made on-site at check-in unless otherwise arranged in advance.

2. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM

• Check-out time: 10:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out may be requested but is subject to availability and additional fees.

3. Pets Policy

• Pets are allowed only when communicated in advance.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before check-in.

• Refunds, if applicable, are issued according to the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.
